Brown Commercial Group, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, completed six suburban lease transactions, totaling 32,000 square-feet, in the northwest and western suburbs.
Dan Brown, president, and Brian Lindgren, sales associate, represented the landlord, Paar Properties, Inc., in signing Chairtech LLC to a 13,130 -square-foot space in Carpentersville, Illinois. The tenant will be using the space for office and warehouse storage. Sharon Glasshoff of GC Realty represented the tenant.
Brown also represented the landlord, Lain Real Estate, LLC, in leasing a 6,000-square-foot space in Elgin, Illinois. Lindgren represented the tenant, Collision Center & Glass, Inc., a body shop.
The other transactions included:
- Mike Antonelli, vice president of sales with Brown Commercial Group, represented Elenka USA, a food ingredient manufacturing business, in leasing 5,000 square-feet in Wood Dale, Illinois. The company is using the space as its new U.S. distribution facility. Brian Gedvilas of Value Industrial Partners represented the building ownership.
- Antonelli represented the landlord in Addison, Illinois, and the tenant in a 4,100-square-foot transaction. Enpro, Inc. is leasing the space to expand its offsite operations.
- WoodRidge Builders, a deck and gazebo contractor, leased 2,036 square-feet in Rolling Meadows, IL. Maria McNiel, a sales associate with Brown Commercial Group, represented the tenant.
- Antonelli also represented Harry J. Kloeppel & Associates, Inc. in leasing 1,608 square-feet in Lombard, Illinois. The landlord represented itself.
