Railyard Strength and Conditioning, a crossfit training facility, has signed a lease for 11,928 square feet at 330 Main Place in Carol Stream, IL. Brown Commercial Group‘s Daniel R. Brown, president, and Mike Antonelli, senior associate, represented both the tenant and the landlord in this lease transaction.
The tenant is starting a new business in the facility, focusing on crossfit and other exercise training for residents in the DuPage marketplace. Also in Carol Stream, Antonelli represented Pure Processing, a medical sales company, in its 3,716 square foot relocation lease at 470 Mission Street, part of the Carol Stream Corporate Park. Antonelli, along with Brown, represented building ownership, a private individual.
“Pure Processing saw this as an opportunity to expand into a high-image building that offered better potential for growing its sales team and assembly capabilities,” said Antonelli.
