Brown Commercial Group brokered two sales and one lease totaling nearly 27,000 square feet in Chicago’s suburban market.
Franklin Park, Illinois
Senior Vice President Trinity Scurto, assisted Windy City Metal Restoration in buying a 11,062-square-foot bank owned building at 9401 Schiller Blvd. She also represented the ownership. The sales price was not disclosed.
Brown Commercial Group Sales Associate Mason Hezner, sold an 8,200-square-foot building at 10359 Franklin Ave. Hezner represented the buyer, MJA Capital, LLC, which was buying the property as an investment. Jim Pietrarosso and Jordan Schnoll of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the ownership. The sales price was not disclosed.
This is the second building MJA Capital purchased in Franklin Park with the assistance of Hezner. Last September, the firm closed on a nearly 10,000-square-foot building at 10035-10045 Pacific Ave.
The new building is fully leased to Artmet, Inc., a company that provides high quality steel, iron and ornamental work for commercial and residential customers.

Brown Commercial Group’s Vice President of Sales Mike Antonelli represented tenant and landlord in a 7,350-square-foot lease at 289 Carlton Dr. The tenant, Vinifera Imports, Ltd., a premier Italian wine importer, was looking for a more efficient space to help improve its distribution process.
