Despite a limited supply of small to mid-sized industrial space in the O’Hare submarket, Brown Commercial Group identified a 14,503-square-foot space that will allow a gutter supply company to expand its business. Broker Matt Hanson negotiated the lease at 811 Eagle Drive in Bensenville, Illinois, that will provide a larger footprint for Discount Gutter Supply. The company, currently based in Addison, Illinois, is expanding its inventory of supplies and also needed more space for customer parking and large commercial delivery vehicles.
The company is expanding to allow more room for supplies and parking for customers as well as large commercial vehicles and trailers. “While many small to mid-sized businesses are in expansion mode, they are finding it challenging to find space, particularly in the O’Hare submarket,” said Hanson. “We identified this opportunity and moved quickly to support the business through the leasing process so they could be up and running quickly in the new space.”
