Brown Commercial Group negotiated 19,364 square feet of industrial transactions and two land transactions totaling nine acres in Chicago’s suburban market. Several of the transactions included tenants who were expanding in the market.
Broker Matt Hanson represented Velona, Inc. in doubling its space with a 6,328-square-foot lease at 1884 Elmhurst Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois. Jason Shibata of JBS represented the landlord.
Broker Candace Scurto negotiated a 3,000-square-foot building acquisition for Chicago Backflow and Prevention at 538 Pratt Boulevard, Schaumburg, Illinois.

- McNeil also represented the seller of a six-acre parcel at 700 W. South St. in Elburn, Illinois to a buyer who plans to add a storage facility and the seller of a three-acre parcel at 400 W. South St. in Elburn, Illinois to a buyer that plans an industrial use on the site.
- Broker Collin Tyrrell represented United Mobile Heating & Cooling in expanding into a 3,524-square-foot lease at 375 Country Club Dr., Bensenville, Illinois. NAI Hiffman’s Adam Stokes represented the landlord.
- Hanson also represented a tenant, Challenge Accepted, in expanding into a 2,798-square-foot lease at 135 E. St. Charles Road, Unit G, Carol Stream, Illinois. Brown Commercial Group Partner Mike Antonelli represented the landlord.
