Vice President of Sales Mason Hezner represented both parties in the sale of a 12,075-square-foot investment building at 1655-1665 Jarvis Ave. in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The seller of the two-unit building was a private investor who had owned the building for many years. The buyer was 1655-1665 Jarvis LLC.
The building is fully leased and the listing attracted multiple offers. The sales price was $1.09 million.
Partner Trinity Scurto represented Sohan Group, Inc. in expanding its business with a 7,500-square-foot industrial lease at 201 Eastern Ave. in Bensenville, Illinois. Scurto also represented the owner, a private investor.
Scurto also represented the tenant, Dr. Haze Inc. LLC, in securing a 6,000-square-foot lease at 721 Racquet Club Dr. in Addison, Illinois. Brian Silverman of JBS Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Clear Height Properties.
