Brown Commercial Group negotiated a 30,227-square-foot industrial building sale in Chicago’s western suburbs. Senior broker Jim Pietrarosso represented Foderaro Investment Partnership Corp. in selling the building at 31w222 W. Bartlett Road in Bartlett, Illinois. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The buyer, Superior Overnight Services, is expanding its business in the new location. Rick Daly and Todd Hendricks of Darwin Realty represented the buyer. The site also includes five acres of land. The building was used as a manufacturing facility for over 40 years and will undergo extensive renovation to better suit the purchasers’ needs.
“This property offered the buyer a unique opportunity to secure additional land for truck parking and for future expansion,” Pietrarosso said. “In today’s tight industrial market, buyers are attracted to these types of properties that can accommodate future growth.”
