Brown Commercial Group negotiated five industrial transactions totaling 30,039 square feet in Chicago’s west and northwest industrial submarkets.

Brown Commercial Group Broker Matt Hanson represented Pope’s Moving in more than doubling its space with a 12,367-square-foot lease at 915 Central Ave. in Wood Dale, IL. The business was expanding from an Elk Grove Village, IL location and required additional warehouse and racking capacity. The landlord was represented by Josh Will of NAI Hiffman.

“Businesses continue to face a shortage of industrial space, particularly in well-located submarkets that offer proximity to strong transportation corridors and labor pools,” said Hanson. “Despite the challenging market, we were able to find the business a space quickly to satisfy their growth needs.”

Also, Brown Commercial Group Broker Pat Crowley represented C&H Installation Group, LLC in buying a 7,000-square-foot building at 529 Morse Ave. in Schaumburg, IL. The company is expanding rapidly in the Chicago suburban market and required additional space. The seller, PM Mold, Inc., was represented by Mike Magliano of Cushman & Wakefield.

Other transactions included:

  • Crowley represented the landlord in a 5,000-square-foot lease at 363 Balm Court in Wood Dale, IL. The tenant, Packet Fabric, Inc., was represented by Dustin Albers of Cawley Chicago Commercial.
  • Broker Candace Scurto represented the buyer, Accelerated Industries, in buying a 3,000-square-foot industrial space at 3750 Industrial Ave. in Rolling Meadows, IL. John Joyce of Lee and Associated represented the seller, a private investor.
  • Scurto also represented the tenant, Nancy’s Boutique, in leasing 2,672 square feet at 1880 S. Elmhurst Rd. in Mt. Prospect, IL. Jason Shibata of JBS Commercial Real Estate represented the building owner.
