Brown Commercial Group represented Accu-Labs, Inc. in buying a 32,000-square-foot building at 3433 W. 48th Place in Chicago. Broker Pat Crowley negotiated the transaction, along with two other transactions.
Accu-Labs is a worldwide supplier of specialty chemicals to the plating and metal finishing industries. With this new purchase, the company is more than doubling its square footage in the Chicago market. The seller, a private investor, was represented by Andrew Picchietti of Frontline Real Estate Partners.
Crowley represented Chicago Hot Breads in buying a 5,000-square-foot space at 1031 Lunt Ave. in Schaumburg to expand its food production and catering operation. The seller, Maestranzi Sons Knife Services, was represented by Mark Reiter of 5M Group, LLC.
In the third transaction, Crowley represented R&M Conveying & Concrete Pumps, in buying a one-acre site at 295 E St. Charles Road in Carol Stream. The company plans to use the space for outdoor storage, which is at a premium in the Chicago market. The seller was represented by Dave Coupe of SVN Chicago Commercial.
