Senior Broker Mason Hezner represented RCM Leasing, LLC in selling a two-unit, 12,400-square-foot building at 135-139 Joey Dr. in Elk Grove Village, IL. Brown Commercial Group Partner Trinity Scurto represented the buyer, Mextel, Inc., a telecommunications company that is based in Bensenville, IL and was adding a secondary location. The buyer plans to occupy one of the units and lease the other to an existing tenant.
Broker Collin Tyrrell negotiated a 5,760-square-foot industrial acquisition for Xanadu Builders, Inc. at 637 Frazier Ave., Unit 5, in Elgin, IL. Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group, represented the landlord.
Tyrrell also negotiated a 3,870-square-foot lease at 4120 N. Nashville Ave. in Chicago for Stronghold Jiu-Jitsu Academy and a 3,942-square-foot lease at 4030 N. Nashville Ave. in Chicago for Greenpost, Inc. a CBD packaging and distributing business. Dan Brown represented the landlord in both transactions.
