Brown Commercial Group represented American Cleaning & Restoration South in a 36,612-square-foot industrial lease in Woodridge, Illinois. The tenant is doubling its space and will be moving from a building in Romeoville, Illinois.
Brown Commercial Group partner, Mike Antonelli, represented the tenant in securing the lease at 10440 Woodward Avenue. Jeff Galante, principal with Lee and Associates, represented the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction.
“The tenant is experiencing significant growth and needed turn-key space in a strong suburban location near its client base,” said Antonelli. “Given the shortage of space in this size range, we were pleased to identify this high-quality building that can accommodate current and future growth.”
American Cleaning & Restoration South, a full-service fire and water restoration and mold remediation company, is scheduled to take occupancy in the summer of 2020. The space is part of a 159,258-square-foot multi-tenant building with 30-foot clear height. It is located near the I-55 and I-355 interchange.
