Brown Commercial Group has negotiated the sales of a 38,128-square-foot industrial warehouse in Chicago’s northwest suburban market. The four-unit building at 1700-1730 Todd Farm Drive in Elgin, Illinois is located in the Windsor Commerce Center.
“Investors continue to look to the Chicago market for well-located industrial buildings that support the growing logistics and e-commerce sectors,” said Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group. “With a tight market and limited availability of space, we continue to see investors willing to accept lower cap rates as the trade-off for securing these types of high quality investments.”
Sales associate Brian Lindgren represented the buyer, Nottingham Realty Group, LLC, in completing a 1031 Exchange as part of the building purchase. The seller, Cristie Ann Enterprises, LLC was represented by John D’Orazio of Colliers International. The purchase price was not disclosed.
