Brown Commercial Group negotiated 40,045 square feet of industrial transactions in Chicago’s suburban market, representing several tenants who are expanding in the market.
Broker Candace Scurto represented a private investor in selling a 14,875-square-foot industrial building at 119 Bond St. in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Samar Chung of Realty Executives represented the buyer, a trucking company that owns several buildings in the area and was looking to expand.
Scurto also represented the tenant, Phoenix Irrigation Supply, Inc., in leasing 7,500 square feet at 101 Eastern Ave. in Bensenville, Illinois. The tenant was expanding from an Elk Grove Village, Illinois, location. The building owner was represented by Brown Commercial Group Principal Trinity Scurto and Broker Pat Crowley.
