Broker Candace Scurto completed three of the transactions, representing a building owner looking to maximize investment performance and tenants working to expand their businesses in a market with limited supply. Scurto represented a private investor in leveraging the strong industrial market in selling a 10,000-square-foot building at 140 Joey Drive in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Brown Commercial Group Partner Trinity Scurto, SIOR, represented the buyer, Chicago Area Plumbing, in the transaction. The buyer is expanding from a location in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Candace Scurto also represented Rex Renovation and the landlord in leasing a 3,497-square-foot space at 170 Shepard Ave., Unit F, in Wheeling, Illinois. The company is expanding in the market and needed a larger space. She also represented Die Cast Quality in leasing 1,750 square feet of space at 1502 Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
