Senior Broker Mason Hezner represented Impact Printers & Lithographers, Inc. in leasing a 15,700-square-foot industrial space at 775 Touhy Ave. in Elk Grove Village. The landlord, Mask Enterprises LLC, represented itself.
Broker Matt Hanson represented Service Start National and the seller in a 6,800-square-foot acquisition at 150 Village Ct. in Carol Stream. The tenant is nearly doubling its space with a move from a nearby site in Carol Stream. Other Brown Commercial transactions included:
