Brown Commercial Group negotiated four industrial transactions in the Chicago market to support growing businesses in the transportation, mechanical equipment, home building and construction industries.
Broker Thomas Tarallo negotiated the tenant side of all the transactions, working with other Brown Commercial brokers on some of the transactions. Tarallo represented a wholesale trucking part distribution company, Agora Truck Parts, in a 3,080-square-foot lease at 470 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove Village, IL. Brown Commercial Broker Candace Scurto represented the landlord.
Tarallo, along with Brown Commercial Partner Trinity Scurto, SIOR, represented ProTech HVAC in leasing 1,600 square feet at 1100 N. Ridge Ave., Unit A, in Lombard, IL. The HVAC installation company wanted a centralized location for storing materials and equipment used to service business in the O’Hare and DuPage County submarkets.
Tarallo also represented Donatelli Builders, a custom home builder, in expanding its footprint and securing a more cost efficient space with exterior parking. The company is moving from Downers Grove, IL to lease 2,642 square feet of space at 1292 Humbracht Circle, Unit C, in Bartlett, IL. Brown Commercial Group Managing Partner Dan Brown, SIOR, represented the landlord in the transaction.
Tarallo also represented DMP Construction in leasing a 1,353-square-foot space at 225 James St., Unit 10 in Bensenville, IL. Trinity Scurto represented the landlord.
