Brown Commercial Group negotiated three industrial transactions for growing businesses in the Chicago suburban market.
Vice President Candace Scurto represented EIT Enterprise in securing a favorable rental rate in leased space at 605 Country Club Dr., Unit D, in Bensenville, IL.
The tenant is expanding from its South Elgin, IL and West Coast locations. Michael Whetstone of JBS Commercial represented the landlord.
Scurto represented the landlord at 470 Jennings Dr. in Lake in the Hills, IL in securing a tenant to lease Unit D in the building. She also represented the tenant, Rainbow Restoration, which is expanding its space.
Scurto also represented the owner of 1034 W. Devon Ave. in Elk Grove Village, IL in selling the O’Hare submarket space to a private investor. David Pernice of SVN represented the buyer.
