Brown Commercial Group negotiated three industrial transactions totaling 28,583 square feet in Chicago’s suburban market.

Brown Commercial Group broker Brian Lindgren completed the three transactions. He represented the buyer, Naperville Auto Solutions, in buying a 14,550-square-foot building at 25W102 Ramm Drive in Naperville, Illinois. The company is expanding from a 3,290-square-foot space in Naperville and plans to lease out part of the space. The seller, Sonrai Systems, was represented by Tim Coleman of One Maple Realty.

“We continue to see small to mid-sized tenants looking to expand their space, with some opting to buy space that allows for investment opportunities,” said Lindgren. “There is very limited industrial inventory in Naperville, making this a great acquisition for the buyer.”

Lindgren also represented the tenant, L. Kingston Partners, Inc. in leasing a 7,033-square-foot space at 5514 Lincoln Avenue in Lisle, Illinois. The tenant was expanding its wedding attire and event planning business. The landlord was represented by John Racich.

Finally, Lindgren represented Fleet Clean Chicago, a mobile truck washing business, in leasing 7,000-square-feet of space at 902 Industrial Drive, Aurora, Illinois. The landlord, a private investor, was represented by Mandy Lewandowski of Darwin Realty.
