Mike Antonelli, Partner at Brown Commercial Group, achieved the SIOR industrial designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,400 commercial real estate professionals who earned the coveted SIOR designation.
Antonelli received the designation after completing at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; meeting stringent education requirements; and demonstrating professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete their ethics course within their first three years of membership.

Antonelli joined Brown Commercial Group in 2010 and was promoted to Partner in 2018. He works with manufacturing, distribution and related businesses throughout DuPage, Cook and Will counties in Illinois. His expertise includes tenant representation, landlord leasing and sales, investment sales, site selection, land development and build-to-suit projects. He has completed more than 400 transactions totaling over $100 million in value.
