Brown Commercial Group President Dan Brown, and Partner Mike Antonelli, SIOR, represented Bulldog Cartage in its lease of 37,819 square feet at 133 S. Rohlwing Road in Addison. The storage, staging and shipping company is expanding into a location near its existing headquarters.
“Bulldog Cartage is experiencing rapid growth and needed additional industrial space despite recently moving into a newly built headquarters facility,” said Antonelli. “We were able to secure a desirable space in proximity to their existing headquarters, making this a convenient and seamless expansion for the company.”
The new space is part of a 103,064-square-foot building with clear heights ranging up to 27 feet. The building has a newly remodeled office and secured outdoor parking. The space has eight exterior docks and a drive-in door, and provides convenient access to I-355 and I-290.
