Brown Commercial Group announced that DVL Express, Inc., a freight shipping and trucking company, is expanding to a second suburban location, leasing a 15,000-square-foot facility at 1351 Circle Avenue in Forest Park, IL.
Trinity Scurto, Senior Associate with Brown Commercial Group, represented DVL Express in the transaction. Frank Christiano of Skydan Real Estate represented the landlord.
The new location, which features a truck repair facility and two acres of parking, will allow DVL Express, Inc. to expand its business to include truck repair. The space also will give the company space to store its trucks. DVL Express, Inc. will maintain its corporate office space in Bensenville.
