Brown Commercial Group has completed 15,064 square feet in office and industrial building sales in the DuPage and O’Hare markets, announced Dan Brown, president of the Elk Grove Village-based firm.
Brown Commercial Group’s Sales Associate Mason Hezner represented the buyer, MJA Capital, LLC, in purchasing a 9,664-square-foot industrial building at 10035-10045 Pacific Avenue in Franklin Park, IL. The building is fully occupied by Peopleflo Manufacturing. The seller, DeMichelle Properties, was represented by Tammy Saia of Marcus & Millichap. The tenant will continue to occupy the building under a long-term lease.
Hezner also represented owners of Control Plus, Inc. in buying a 2,800-square-foot office building at 783 North York Street in Elmhurst, IL as the company’s new location. Control Plus, Inc. is a process instrumentation sales company that previously leased about 3,000 square feet in another Elmhurst location. The seller was represented by Brendan Hill of Nicolson Porter & List, Inc.
In the third transaction, Trinity Scurto, a senior associate with Brown Commercial, represented DeSimone Landscaping in acquiring a 2,600-square-foot building at 409 West Interstate in Addison, IL. The property will allow the tenant to expand its business and have yard space for storing equipment. Keith Fallico of Fallico Real Estate represented the seller, Tony Romono.
