Brown Commercial Group represented a private land owner in the sale of nine acres that will become a new townhome development in Chicago’s western suburbs.
Broker Pat Crowley negotiated the sale of the land at Lies and Fair Oaks roads in Carol Stream, Illinois, to John McHale of Bridge Street Properties of Naperville.
The land is being developed by Bridge Street Properties in partnership with Pulte Homes. The Villas of Fair Oaks community will feature 32 two and three-bedroom townhomes with two car garages.
The property is located northwest of County Farm Road and North Avenue, two major thoroughfares in that western suburb. The site is close to golf courses, a variety of dining options and local restaurants and retail establishments.
