Brown Commercial Group, a real estate firm focused on Chicagoland-area industrial leasing and sales, announced that Toreo Holdings, LLC has acquired the 13,500 square foot industrial building at 1851 Touhy Avenue in Elk Grove Village.
The building will be used by Toreo Holdings’ subsidiary Sweiss Group, LLC for the distribution of wine and spirits. The acquisition represents an expansion for Sweiss Group, which will be moving from its 5,000 square foot site at 1401 Louis Ave in Elk Grove Village.
Toreo Holdings was represented in this transaction by Mason Hezner of Brown Commercial Group. The seller was represented by Jim Conrad of McLennan Commercial Properties, Inc.
