The mixed-use community Aertson Midtown, located adjacent to Vanderbilt University, recently opened its residences to the public in Nashville.
Indianapolis-based Buckingham Companies oversaw the development of the community.
The Residences at Aertson Midtown, named after Jan Aertson, the great-great-grandfather of Cornelius Vanderbilt of neighboring Vanderbilt University, include 350 living spaces, 24 studios, 215 one-bedrooms, 99 two-bedrooms and 12 three-bedrooms. The leased residences are available ranging from about $1,800 to $5,500 a month.
As a mixed-use community with the Kimpton Aertson Hotel and upscale retail tenants, Aertson Midtown features amenities including a rooftop pool with views of Vanderbilt University, a lounge area with a shared kitchen and espresso bar, a listening room and a theater.
Aertson Midtown also provides 24-hour in-room dining through Henley restaurant, upgraded valet parking, car-washing options (valet or self-service), on-demand fitness and more.
Other residential highlights include a self-service bicycle repair shop, secure space for bicycle storage, an upgraded dry-cleaning service and an indoor/outdoor weather-protected dog park and dog wash station. High-end retail tenants will further heighten the residential experience upon completion.
