A 101-unit condominium deconversion was finalized at 732 W. Bittersweet Pl. in Chicago’s Buena Park neighborhood, according to Interra Realty.
Skiraitai Bittersweet LLC bought the property bought the property for $16.2 million and was represented by Interra brokers Patrick Kennelly, Joe Smazal and Paul Waterloo. The condo association was also represented by Kennelly and Waterloo along with Interra’s Jon Morgan and David Goss.
The transaction falls in line with the trend of condo deconversion deals in Chicago and is the year’s highest sale price for a multifamily property in Buena Park or uptown. The property has 63 one-bedroom units and 38 studio units.
