Mark Melone, who will celebrate 20 years with PREMIER this June, has played a critical role in shaping the company’s operational structure and long-term stability. Over the past two decades, Mark has been instrumental in establishing PREMIER’s risk management program and building a strong and scalable operations program, one that he continues to evolve to meet the needs of a growing organization. His strategic mindset and operational leadership have helped position PREMIER for sustainable expansion while maintaining excellence in execution.
Ron Nelsen, who has been with PREMIER for 21 years, has made a lasting impact on the company’s field operations and culture. Throughout his tenure, Ron has been a driving force behind shaping PREMIER’s field team nationwide, helping build the standards, structure, and leadership that support the company’s project delivery across markets. He also developed PREMIER’s safety program, reinforcing a culture of accountability and protection that remains a cornerstone of the organization.
