Building Equity RE recently completed the condo deconversion sale of 7710 N. Sheridan Road in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. Peter Lynn and Dan Rosenberg exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the condominium association. The property sold for $3,200,000.
The five-story elevator building was comprised of 32 units and nine parking spaces. All the units were one-bedroom one-bath. The property is a mile and a half north of Loyola University, half a mile from the Red/Yellow/Purple Howard CTA station and within walking distance of Lake Michigan.
