Premier Commercial Realty of Lake in the Hills has successfully marketed a 14,478-square-foot single story masonry industrial building located at 5415 Business Parkway in Ringwood for $510,000.
The seller was Olive Ringwood LLC, and the buyer is Burnex Corp., a manufacturing company. Joseph Billitteri of Premier Commercial Realty represented both sides of the transaction.
