CSM Corporation announces that Starbucks and Chick-fil-A have signed leases at its Burnhill Plaza Shopping Center in Burnsville, Minnesota. The retail center is located at 1200-1400 County Road 42 West.

CSM will redevelop a portion of the site to accommodate the new tenants, including demolishing an existing outlot building. Both Starbucks and Chick-fil-A plan to build their latest prototype stores at this location, with stores opening in the fall of 2015.

At 139,024 square feet, Burnhill Plaza Shopping Center offers easy access to I-35 and close proximity to Burnsville Center, Costco and Target. Co-tenants include Sports Authority, The Tile Shop, Lumber Liquidators and TCF Bank.

Patrick Daly, Johnny Reimann and Stefanie Meyer of Mid-America Real Estate represented Starbucks. Sara Martin of Welsh Companies represented Chick-fil-A.
