Mo2 Properties, LLC is a family-owned, full-service real estate and property management firm. Founded in 2008 by brothers Ken and Michael Motew, Mo2 Properties has grown from management of 80 Units to over 700 currently, with a staff of 15+ employees, including building engineers. Mo2 Properties has expanded its business from real estate and property management to include third party investment, brokerage, and a full-service construction company. Mo2 applies the same concepts the owners use to purchase, rehab and manage their own buildings to third-party investors.
