The company is a collaborative partnership of Kansas City based real estate development individuals. Our original focus was in identifying and developing adaptive reuse projects for various vacant schools under the KCPS Repurposing Initiative. Over time, our focus expanded to include development opportunities involving all classes of historic structures.
