BWAY Corporation, a supplier of general line rigid containers, will soon be getting a 79,206-square-foot build-to-suit expansion at its Chicago warehouse at 4400 W 35th Place, bringing its facility to total 155,440 square feet.
The Class-A expansion will include precast, rebuilt offices, separation of auto and truck parking and improved queuing and entrance. Completed facility features will include reinforced floor slabs, 27′ clear height, 30 exterior docks, 52 car parking spaces and 33 trailer-parking stalls.
The property is located on 8.5 acres with proximity to I-55 and minutes from BNSF Corwith and Cicero Yards. The property is part of BWAY’s campus and connects to its 247,420-square-foot production facility at 3200 Kilbourn Avenue by conveyer belt.
