Byline Bank, a subsidiary of Byline Bancorp, Inc., has announced it has provided $11 million in financing to a joint venture of Integris Ventures and Starlight Equity Partners.
Proceeds were used to acquire a three-building, 157,000-square-foot flex office and industrial portfolio in Lisle. After acquisition, the sponsors will begin several capital improvement projects and market available space for lease to prospective tenants to stabilize the portfolio. This is the second project the bank has partnered on with the sponsors.
