St. Louis commercial paving contractor Byrne & Jones Construction is growing its operations as it settles into a new headquarters in Bridgeton, Missouri. The firm, which also has an office in Peoria, Illinois, has opened a third office in Nebraska and has completed its largest paving project ever in North Dakota.
Byrne & Jones is on pace to triple its revenue this year from 2009, when it began expanding its geographic service area in the Midwest.
The company this year took on its argest project ever in Minot, North Dakota, rebuilding 37 acres of parking at the Dakota Square Mall.
Meanwhile, Byrne & Jones’ new Gretna, Nebraska, office anticipates generating $5 million in revenue this year after producing $2.5 million in 2014. Led by Todd Schlueter, the firm serves commercial and municipal paving needs in Nebraska and Western Iowa.
Located on an 8.3-acre site at 13940 St. Charles Rock Road, Byrne & Jones’ new 21,000-square-foot St. Louis headquarters consolidates operations that were formerly scattered in three buildings in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The headquarters features 12,000 square feet of office space and a 9,000-square-foot shop to maintain its fleet of paving vehicles.
