C-III Capital Partners, an asset management and commercial real estate services company, has moved its regional headquarters to a 10,000-square-foot space at Las Colinas Connection I, conveniently located at State Highway 114 and President George Bush Turnpike in Irving, Texas.
Chairman and Office Division President Tom Lynn and Executive Vice President Zach Stevens, both of NAI Robert Lynn, represented the tenant in the deal along with Jay Olshonsky, president & CEO of NAI Global.
C-III Capital Partners is a New-York based services company with regional offices in Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee and New Jersey. The firm helps clients across the United States with fund management, principal investment, investment sales, property management and full brokerage needs. The 4-mile move from 5221 N O’Connor Blvd. to 6031 Connection Dr. provides a more convenient location for over 40 employees.
Sarah Kennington and Bryce Jackson of Thirty-Four Commercial represented the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, in the deal.
C-III Capital Partners moved into its new Irving office space in April 2021.
