CA Student Living (CA) announced that David Rose has joined the firm as executive vice president and head of institutional capital. Rose will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth of the firm’s portfolio of premier purpose-built student housing assets by broadening its network of institutional clients.

Our goal is to continue to scale our platform by adding six to eight new developments and six to eight acquisitions to our portfolio, annually. David’s experience with strategy development and capital formation will be invaluable as we continue to execute on this goal. We are highly confident in his ability to best position the platform’s capabilities with prospective and existing institutional clients and consultants.”
Rose brings over fifteen years of real estate investment management experience to CA. Prior to joining the firm, he served as global head of consultant relations at Chicago-based private equity firm, Walton Street Capital. During his tenure, he supported the successful launch of its core plus equity strategy and drove the expansion of the investor roster within existing debt platforms. Rose is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Max M. Fisher College of Business, where he earned a degree in business administration with a major in finance and accounting.
