Previously, he was senior director of asset services with CBRE, where he supervised the management and operations of a diverse real estate portfolio in excess of 5 million square feet.

As vice president of research and analytics, Karan Singh will assist in strategy and site selection for new developments. He will also establish on-demand analytics for the asset management and retail teams in order to enhance operational efficiency.

Singh comes to CA Ventures from General Growth Properties, where as director of strategy and research he provided strategic guidance to the retail leasing teams for 120 high-quality shopping malls across the U.S.

And as vice president of acquisitions for the company’s student housing and multifamily platforms, Matthew Katsaros will source acquisition and development opportunities for CA’s student housing and multifamily investment platforms.

Previously, Katsaros was director of acquisitions at Pangea Properties, where he was involved in the acquisition of more than 3,000 apartments in Chicago, Indianapolis and Baltimore over a three-year period.
