CA Ventures and Harlem Irving Companies have begun pre-leasing at 270 Hennepin, a 22-story, 346-unit, mixed-use residential tower in downtown Minneapolis. The property is expected to welcome its first residents in the fall of 2021.
Located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis and boasting more than 260,000 square feet of residential units and lobby space, with an additional 20,000 square feet of prime retail space on the first floor, 270 Hennepin marks another addition to CA Venture’s portfolio of mixed-use developments.
Designed as a gateway between the North Loop and downtown district, 270 Hennepin features contrasting facades to complement its surrounding community of both downtown skyscrapers and brick warehouses.
The tower will offer modern studio through three-bedroom apartments complete with chef’s kitchens with custom cabinetry, in-unit washer and dryers, generous walk-in closets, and plank flooring. Also featured are two- and three-bedroom penthouse apartments, complete with upgraded finishes and unrivaled views of downtown Minneapolis.
