Dallas-based Caddis Healthcare Real Estate named COO Lance M. Hardenburg as the managing partner and CEO of the company. The healthcare investment firm’s previous CEO, Jason L. Signor, has stepped down to pursue other opportunities.
Hardenburg joined Caddis In 2017 as executive vice president and general counsel. He had previously served as the company’s outside general counsel since its inception in 2008. Previously, Hardenburg worked as a transactional attorney for more than two decades at Hallett & Perrin, P.C. and Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP.
