NAI Hiffman represented buyer, Cadence Premier Logistics, in a transaction involving 44.54 acres in Joliet’s Laraway Crossings. The sellers were a joint venture partnership between Ryan Companies US, Inc. and ASB Real Estate Investments.
Cadence Premier Logistics, currently located in Alsip, plans to build a 121,000-square-foot build-to-suite to house its corporate headquarters and warehouse space including light assembly of safety devices and a drop plant.
The building will include 380 trailer spaces, a 66,000-square-foot area dedicated to truck maintenance and a diesel and compressed natural gas fueling station. The project is expected to be completed in early 2016.
