Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of an 11-unit apartment building located at 1365 River Drive in Calumet City, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $350,000.
The building offers six one-bedroom/one-bathroom and five two-bedroom/1.5-bathroom remodeled units. Each unit features a patio or balcony. Residents also enjoy ample off-street parking. The property is located near River Oaks Shopping Center, home to JCPenney, Macy’s and other national retailers. Adam Fortino, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, secured and represented the buyer, a private investor.
