Cambridge Realty Capital Companies reports arranging an $8.3 HUD Lean loan to refinance Sheridan-Pratt Apartments, an 8-unit multifamily building in Chicago, Illinois.
Jeffrey Davis, Cambridge Chairman, said in a statement, the fully-amortized, 35-year loan was arranged fro the owner, an Illinois company. Underwriting the transaction was Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. of Illinois, the Cambridge business that specializes in underwriting FHA-insured HUD loans.
