CBRE represented Cano Packaging Corp. in its purchase of 172,779 square feet at 230 Palatine Road in Wheeling.
Built in 1970 and renovated in 1991, Cano Packaging’s newly purchased building features a single story 172,779-square-foot manufacturing/warehouse facility with 20,000 square feet of office. The Class B facility also offers close proximity to I-294 and I-94 as well as 18-foot clear heights.
CBRE’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented Cano Packaging Corp. in the transaction. The asking price was $4.5 million. Patrick Lederer of Korman/Lederer represented the seller, Owens & Minor Distribution Inc.
