CanTex Capital acquired an 18,535-square-foot industrial building at 7570 Interstate 35 in New Braunfels, Texas.
The property sits on six acres and includes industrial outdoor storage (IOS). The acquisition expands CanTex Capital’s rapidly growing portfolio of IOS assets in high-barrier to entry Texas markets and is their first in the Austin-San Antonio corridor.
The property offers visibility and access along the primary freight and population corridor connecting Austin and San Antonio and features a functional industrial building with secured outdoor storage. This makes the site unique in a market where well-located IOS properties are scarce. The property is leased to SRS Distribution and will be home to their Rock Materials division.
