Capital Commercial, LLC recently sold 100 Gateway Drive in Pewaukee, Wis., to current tenant and operator Piggly Wiggly.
Capital Commercial listed 100 Gateway Drive for the investment group that had owned it. The listing general several offers all near the asking price of more than $2.3 million. Piggly Wiggler, the supermarket chain operator, executed its “right of first refusal” and matched the highest offer on the property.
The listing closed within 90 days.
