Irgens recently completed a new 28,730-square-foot medical office building for Carlinville Area Hospital at 20613 N Broad Street in Carlinville, Illinois.
The single-story building was built on the southeast corner of the campus to allow connectivity to the hospital and future expansion capability.
Carlinville Area Hospital is utilizing the medical office building to consolidate and expand existing clinics, allowing them to add services to the campus and free up strategic space within the hospital.
Service lines include primary care, sleep lab, physical/occupational therapy, senior behavioral health, and a multi-purpose community room. The primary care clinic was designed to accommodate two additional providers.
The Korte Company was the general contractor for the project and HGA was the architect.
Irgens provided comprehensive feasibility analysis and the MOB solution along with development management services including design administration, bidding, and construction administration.
