CARMEN Commercial Real Estate welcomes Martha Smith as a corporate services and advisory associate. Smith brings over 14 years of commercial real estate experience to CARMEN.
CARMEN began the search for a corporate services associate when their corporate services division continued to expand.
“I am looking forward to assisting both CARMEN’s current and future clients with my experience,” said Smith. “My years as a commercial real estate professional in the Indianapolis area and surrounding communities has given me a unique advantage to knowing the needs of clients.” Smith cites the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines, teamwork and collaboration as keys to her success.
Smith will be adding to the corporate services division which will further compliment the services offered by CARMEN and help in the continued growth of the company.
