Kurt Van Dyke and Pete Slezak of Milwaukee-based Cassidy Turley Barry recently closed a deal that helped a logistics company move its business to the Northwest Side of Milwaukee.
Logistics company Bridge Holdings purchased a 152,800-square-foot industrial building in the city’s Havenwood Industrial Park. Van Dyke and Slezak represented the owner in this deal. Jeff Hoffman of Judson & Associates cooperated with Cassidy Turley Barry as the selling broker.
“It was good to see a 150,000-plus-square-foot user buy a building on the Northwest Side of Milwaukee,” Van Dyke said. “We are seeing renwed interest from prospective users of large industrial buildings throughout the Southeast Wisconsin market.”
