With the help of Cassidy Turley Barry, Xymox Technologies has purchased the 63,00-square-foot industrial building in the Bradley Woods Business Park in Milwaukee.
Xymox had previously been a tenant in the building. The company, which manufactures membrane switch products and printed electronics, purchased the building from a private investor.
David Barry and Jim Barry III of Cassidy Turley Barry negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
